It was the day before Black Friday when I received a notification from a friend about Zara's 30% discount. Excited, I downloaded the app and tried to log in. But the verification code process failed repeatedly. I tried an alternate number but had the same problem. Just like that, I missed the Black Friday sale.
Disappointed, I decided to take a look around the app anyway—if I couldn't shop, at least I could window shop. While browsing, I noticed several UI/UX issues, from form usability problems to inconsistent visual design. It was clear the app could benefit from a complete overhaul. This motivated me to redesign the app, focusing on creating a seamless shopping experience, improving usability, and aligning the design with modern UI/UX standards.
